Ingredients:

  • one ripe banana
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of yoghurt

Preparation:

  1. You should chop up the banana chunks and add them to the blender.
  2. Mix everything together until it forms a paste. Stir in the yoghurt.
  3. Strain the paste to ensure it is not lumpy.

How to use:

  1. Apply this paste to your hair from the roots up to the ends.
  2. Attention to your scalp and tips.
  3. Add a shower cap to your hair.
  4. It should be run for 30 minutes.
  5. Take off the mask and rinse with water.
